Prospective Students Get Warm Welcome and Star Treatment
On July 19 and 26, ÂÌñÉç Admissions welcomes high school students and transfer students to campus for student-led tours. Visiting students and their parents learn about life at Kent State, support services, programs of study and, sometimes, get to meet campus celebrities.

ÂÌñÉç Designated Ohio Cyber Range Institute Regional Programming Center
ÂÌñÉçhas been named a Regional Programming Center by the Ohio Cyber Range Institute, joining a statewide network to enhance cybersecurity education and workforce development. As part of this initiative, the university will contribute to various programming activities and host outreach events in Northeast Ohio, furthering its commitment to excellence in cybersecurity engineering education.
ÂÌñÉçand Cleveland Clinic Enter Multiyear Partnership to Support Student-Athlete Health and Wellness
ÂÌñÉç and Cleveland Clinic have announced a multiyear partnership in which Cleveland Clinic becomes the official healthcare provider for ÂÌñÉçAthletics. Cleveland Clinic will serve as the medical services provider to support ÂÌñÉçstudent-athlete health and wellness.
Crawford Hall Nears Completion
Anticipation grows as construction on the new home of Kent State's Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship nears completion. The university's newest and largest building will house innovative, state-of-the-art spaces for learning, collaboration and engaging in valuable, hands on business experiences.

ÂÌñÉç will be closed July 4 to observe Independence Day. No classes are scheduled on the holiday, and university offices are closed. The university will resume normal operations on July 5.

According to the National Institute for Mental Health, nearly 11 percent of children in the United States aged 5-17 have been diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), a common neurodevelopmental disorder that results in difficulties with focused attention, impulsiveness and hyperactivity.
