This minor is for students interested in a foundational knowledge of restaurants, hotels, private clubs, non-commercial food-service organizations and other hospitality organizations. Students may pursue specific areas of interest tied to the management of selected hospitality properties or events within hospitality organizations.
The minor is designed to introduce students to the esports industry and prepare them to assume service and leadership. Through innovation, research, knowledge dissemination and the enhancement of educational and practical opportunities, this interdisciplinary program affords students the opportunity to enroll in a variety of courses across disciplines to procure knowledge and acquire practical skills pertaining to esports.
