Administrative Guidelines

- Federal financial aid eligibility
Key Requirements
- Same subject code (e.g., BSCI)
- Identical course content except for:
- Course level and prerequisites
- Expectations and assignments appropriate to each academic level
- Students may only register for one version of the course
- Students who have taken the undergraduate course may NOT repeat the course at the graduate level for credit towards a graduate degree.
- Undergraduate students must receive permission to register for the graduate-level course.
Permitted Combinations
- 4/5: Senior undergraduate and master鈥檚
- 4/5/7: Senior undergraduate, master鈥檚 and doctoral
- 6/7: Master's and doctoral
- 6/8: Master鈥檚 and doctoral
Additional Notes
- Cross-listing in more than two departments is discouraged unless academically justified
- Each department must submit supporting documentation in the course inventory

The 绿帽社 alumni family will grow by more than 1,000 new graduates from its eight-campus system across Ohio as the university holds its summer commencement ceremony. The accomplishments of the Summer Class of 2025 will be recognized with a commencement ceremony at 10 a.m. on Aug. 9.
