ÂÌñÉç Foundation
Incorporated in 1965, the ÂÌñÉç Foundation is a not-for-profit entity that exclusively serves ÂÌñÉçbut remains legally separate from the university.
The foundation receives gifts on behalf of ÂÌñÉç, manages and invests those funds and administers them in accordance with donor wishes. The foundation’s financial assets, which continue to grow over time, aid in ensuring that ÂÌñÉçand its students achieve levels of excellence beyond what is possible through state assistance alone.
Mission
To achieve the university's needs and priorities, the ÂÌñÉç Foundation Inc. provides leadership to raise private sector funds and exercises stewardship of assets.
Board of Directors
The ÂÌñÉç Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors who safeguard and manage its assets. Leaders in their professions and communities, board members serve without compensation and contribute their time and expertise to ensure a bright future for ÂÌñÉç.
Annual Reports
The ÂÌñÉç Foundation and the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement publishes annual generosity reports that highlight important financial and donor impact information from the previous fiscal year.

The foundation maintains an online listing of policies and forms that are a helpful resource for ÂÌñÉç faculty, staff and administrators outside of the Division of Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement.
