TERRI J. KENT*^ (The Roe Green Musical Theatre and Porthouse Artistic Director/Director, Season) is a professor of musical theatre and acting at ��ñ�� where she has taught for 36 years. This marks her 26th year as artistic director of Porthouse Theatre, although her affiliation with Porthouse Theatre began 43 years ago when she had her first paid acting position as an ensemble member in “Man of La Mancha.” Past directing credits include the award-winning “Fiddler on the Roof”, “School of Rock”, “Annie”, “The Prom,” “Newsies,” “9-5,” “Footloose,” “Hairspray,” “South Pacific, ” “The Sound of Music,” “Big River,” “Bye, Bye Birdie,” “Annie Get Your Gun,” “Anything Goes, “Chicago,” “The Music Man,” “Guys and Dolls,” “Oklahoma!,” “B����������ǴDz�,” “The Spitfire Grill,” “Godspell,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum,” “Sweet Charity,” “Quilters,” “Altar Boyz,” “Man of La Mancha,” “Little Shop of Horrors” and “West Side Story,” among others. Recent Porthouse acting credits include Sister Mary Lazarus in “Sister Act,” Desiree in “A Little Night Music,” Dolly in “Hello, Dolly!” and Sarah in “Quilters.” As a professor at ��ñ��, Terri heads the B.F.A. Musical Theatre Program. KSU directing credits include: “Something Rotten”, “Chaining Zero,” “Hair,” “Children of Eden,” “Little Women,” “Thoroughly Modern, Millie,” “Plain and Fancy,” “Rent,” “Jane Eyre the Musical,” “Urinetown,” “Side Show,” “A Chorus Line,” “The Fantasticks,” “Cabaret” and many more. Terri has directed for The Musical Theatre Project in partnership with ��ñ��. Credits include “Babes in Arms,” “Zorba,” “The Cradle Will Rock” and “Allegro,” and “It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, It’s Superman.” Terri serves on numerous committees throughout the university including the Faculty Senate. She was a recipient of the 2016 President’s Excellence Award and the 2018 College of the Arts Centennial Ward. Terri is a Fulbright Professor, a proud member of the Actors’ Equity Association and the Society for Directors and Choreographers. Special thanks to Karl Erdmann, lifelong friend and Associate Artistic Director, who retires this summer. 

TONY HARDIN (Executive Producer; Scenic Designer) serves as the director of the School of Theatre and Dance and Hugh A. Glauser School of Music at ��ñ��. Passionate about theatre education since his very first undergraduate theatre class, Tony holds a B.F.A. in design and technology from the University of Kentucky and an M.F.A. in scenic design from the University of Virginia. Over the past 27 years, Hardin has taught courses in scenic design, lighting design, scenic painting, introduction to theatre and stage management at the University of Kentucky and Longwood University. As a freelance scenic and lighting designer, Hardin’s work has appeared nationally and internationally at Merrimack Repertory Theatre, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Porthouse Theatre, Heritage Repertory Theatre, Mount Washington Valley Theatre, Greenbrier Valley Theatre, The Lexington Children’s Theatre and Operafest Internacionale in Italy. Some of his favorite designs include “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill,” “Treasure Island,” “The Snow Queen” and “The Neverending Story.” He is a past Board member for the United States Institute for Theatre Technology and currently serves on the Commission on Accreditation for the National Association of Schools of Theatre. 

KARL ERDMANN (Production Manager and Associate Artistic Director) is entering his 44th year at Porthouse. A 1984 KSU alum, he holds a master’s from Michigan State. He also worked for ABC-TV in Hollywood as a scenic artist on such shows as “General Hospital,” “Home Show,” “The Emmy Awards” and “The Academy Awards,” and spent five seasons at Nebraska Repertory Theatre and two seasons at Boarshead Theatre as an AEA stage manager. Karl continues to dedicate his involvement with Porthouse Theatre to the memory of his father Louis O. Erdmann and his stepbrother Peter Schoettler. Love to my wife, Mel, and our son, Drew.

REBECCA BALOGH GATES (Managing Director) is a proud ��ñ��alumna. Rebecca has served as the managing director for Kent State’s School of Theatre and Dance and Porthouse Theatre since the summer of 2005 and has been a part of the Porthouse staff as a stage manager since 1997. She was also proud to have worked as a stage manager at the Cleveland Opera, Cain Park and the Halle Theatre. With much love and respect to her family and friends. My heartfelt congratulations to Karl Erdmann! I am extremely happy for you on your retirement. Well deserved for all that you have contributed with your blood, sweat and tears. Karl, you have been the heart and soul of this place. I treasure all our escapades together. Three cheers for KARL!!! 

JENNIFER CRABTREE (Director of Communications and Marketing) serves as the director of marketing, communications and PR for ��ñ��’s College of the Arts and Porthouse Theatre. She has been a specialist in visual design and marketing communications for over 20 years and is a graduate of KSU with a B.A. in visual communication design and a minor in dance. When not working on a project, Jen can be found spending time with her family and pets. 

JASON GATES (Scene Shop Supervisor) serves as the Scene Shop Supervisor for the School of Theatre and Dance and for ��ñ��'s summer professional theatre, Porthouse Theatre. His professional background includes work at the Cleveland Institute of Music and the Cleveland Opera, and he previously spent ten years at Erie Street Theatrical Services. I would like to dedicate this season to my friend and colleague, Karl Erdmann. When I first arrived at Kent in 2010 to step into Karl’s former role as Shop Supervisor, he shared invaluable industry wisdom that has stayed with me ever since. From traveling to countless recruitment conferences to help build the Porthouse staff, Karl has been an essential part of our theatrical community. Karl, thank you for your mentorship and friendship. Enjoy your retirement to the fullest. I hope to join you there one day! 

MADI GETZ (Marketing and Communication Specialist) is an alumnus of ��ñ��’s visual communication design program. She has been working in marketing for over six years, specializing in graphic design and copywriting. This is Madi’s fourth year working for ��ñ�� and Porthouse Theatre. 

TOM HUMES*+ (Production Stage Manager) serves on the faculty for the School of Theatre and Dance at ��ñ��, where he teaches courses in Theatrical Management amongst others. Tom has been a part of the stage management teams with: Porthouse Theatre, Cain Park, Cleveland Play House, McCarter Theatre Center, Dobama Theatre, Beck Center for the Arts, Karamu House, Cleveland Orchestra and Opera Cleveland. He has been an assistant production manager, events production manager, and senior production manager/assistant to the general manager at Cain Park. He is also a member of the I.A.T.S.E. Tom is twice published, with a recent book review of Stage Management Theory as a Guide to Practice: Cultivating a Creative Approach featured in Theatre Topics and he contributed to the book, Off Headset: Essays on Stage Management Work, Life, and Career with his essay, “Maximum Flexibility.”

AIMEE JOHNSON (Costume Shop Supervisor) holds a B.F.A. in theatrical design and technology from The University of Central Florida and an M.F.A. in costume design from The Pennsylvania State University. Both of these, along with work throughout the country, instilled a passion for making things and problem solving in costumes. Prior to joining ��ñ��and Porthouse, she served as the costume shop supervisor at Brenau University where Aimee’s background in Cirque du Soleil and regional theatre elevated the costume production and the work of the costume students. In addition to running the shop, Aimee served as draper on productions, a mentor to the students and designed productions. Past professional credits also include the resident costume design assistant at The Long Wharf Theatre and staff positions at The Santa Fe Opera and Busch Gardens in Tampa, FL. 

JENNIFER KORECKI (Music Director, “Grease” and “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a professor at the ��ñ�� School of Theatre and Dance. She is a graduate of KSU with a Masters in Music. Jennifer studied piano and accompanying with Lois Ozanich. She has music directed and/or accompanied numerous musical theatre productions and master classes across the midwest. Jennifer recently received the “Best Music Direction and Orchestra Performance” BroadwayWorld Cleveland 2024 Theatre Award for Porthouse Theatre’s production of “Jesus Christ Superstar.” Her most recent production was the KSU 2026 Mainstage Musical, “Something Rotten.” In past summers she was the music director for many Porthouse Theatre productions, the most recent being “School of Rock.” In 2018, she received the Cleveland Critics Circle Best Music Director Award for “Oklahoma!” She thanks her husband, Charles and their daughter, Anna, for their constant love and support. 

AIMEE MILLER (Performing Arts Box Office Manager) joins Porthouse Theatre for her first season this year. She holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Florida and brings box office experience from the Capitol Centre in North Bay, Ontario and the Performing Arts Academy in Chagrin Falls. In addition to her work in the arts, Aimee is currently pursuing her Master’s in Strategic Communications. She also enjoys volunteering in her community, reading, and spending time with her family. 

FRANKIE TEUBER+ (Scenic Art and Props Supervisor) is the scenic art and properties supervisor at ��ñ��and freelance designer based out of Cleveland, OH. She received her B.A. from the University of Toledo and her M.F.A. in scenic design and props from the University of Houston. She has been working professionally in the industry for the last 20 years and has worked on over 100 theatrical productions. She served as the assistant props manager for the Cleveland Play House for four years and has worked with many different companies all over the United States. Currently, she is a member of IATSE Stage Mechanics and Moving Pictures Local 209 and has also been on the extra list for IATSE Stagehand Local 27 for the last seven years. This is her third full season with Porthouse and she is happy to be part of such a wonderful company! 

BETHY WINTERS (Lighting and Sound Supervisor) is an alumni of ��ñ�� with a B.F.A. in theatre design technology and production with a concentration in lighting and sound. This is her fifth summer at Porthouse Theatre. She spends most of her time in a theatre, but when she isn’t working on a show, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching TV, volunteering at her local church and learning to play the piano.

COURTNEY BROWN* (Dialect Coach, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) (she, her) is a professional actor, voice/ movement specialist, and director. A member of Actor’s Equity, acting credits include roles at Dobama, Cleveland Playhouse, Porthouse Theatre, Rubber City Theatre, Oberlin Summer Theatre Festival, Mamai Theatre, CPT, Know Theatre of Cincinnati and Actor’s Express in Atlanta. Ensemble Studio Theatre and Stage Left Studios in NYC. Courtney is a Certified Lessac Voice and Movement Trainer, whose creative research and pedagogical approach centers on embodied learning through a consent-forward lens. Currently, she serves as President of the Lessac Training and Research Institute (LTRI) and serves as a member of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA Team). Courtney serves as associate professor of voice and acting and ��ñ��. 

WES CARNEY (Technical Director) is excited to be a part of the creative team for his 25th, 26th, and 27th productions at KSU/Porthouse Theatre! Wes is proud of the hard work and dedication of his carpenters and hopes you enjoy the many exciting scenic elements showcased this summer. MARTÍN CEŚPEDES^ (Choreographer, “Grease” and “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) Most recently choreographed the feature film “Lost & Found in Cleveland” with Dennis Haysbert, Martin Sheen, and  Loretta Devine. Local choreography includes “West Side Story” and “Man of La Mancha” at Porthouse Theatre, “Much Ado About Nothing” and “Comedy of Errors” at Great Lakes Theatre, “Billy Elliot,” “Forever Plaid” and “Five Guys Named Moe” (director/choreographer) at Beck Center,  Cleveland Foundation’s 100th Anniversary Gala. Regional choreography include “The Fantasticks” at St. Louis Repertory Theatre, “Into the Woods,” and “The Mystery of Edwin Drood.” Broadway tours of “The King and I” with Hayley Mills, Marie Osmond, Faith Prince, “Man of La Mancha” with Jack Jones, Ron Holgate, and David Canary, “West Side Story” with Bebe Neuwirth, “South Pacific” with Robert Goulet, “Le Cid” with Placido Domingo in the Washington National Opera broadcast of Live from Kennedy Center. Television credits include NBC’s “Dance Fever” and “Weekday Fever.” Concert performances with Earth, Wind, and Fire and assistant to producer John Kenley on his final theatre season. Cleveland Critics Circle Award Winner 2018, 2019, 2020. Artistic Achievement Award at the 2019 Hispanic Leadership Award. As an educator, Martin has taught Broadway dance intensives for the School of Cleveland Ballet and Theatre Dance in NYC. Martín choreographed and was featured dancer playing both the devil and soldier in a contemporary reimagining of Stravinsky’s classic tail featuring the world premiere of the new film by international acclaimed video artist Kasumi. “L’Histoire du Soldat” (“A Soldiers Tale”) at the Cleveland Institute of Music. 

EVA CLEMENTS (Assistant Stage Manager/Stage Manager, “Side Show”) is fulfilling the role of stage manager for “Side Show In Concert” and season assistant stage manager. Eva is a recent graduate of ��ñ��, having pursued a B.F.A. in Theatre Design and Production with a concentration in Stage Management. Eva’s recent productions include ��ñ��’s School of Music Opera productions, ��ñ��’s School of Theatre and Dance productions of “Pride and Prejudice,” “Men on Boats,” “Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella” and “Something Rotten!” and Porthouse Theatre’s 2024 and 2025 season. She is very thankful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing team, and would like to thank her always supportive friends and family!

TOMIE COTTERMAN (Props Artist/Prop Manager, “Grease”) (he/him) is excited to return to Porthouse Theatre as Prop Manager of “Grease.” He is a rising senior at ��ñ�� pursuing a B.F.A. in Theatre Design, Tech and Production, where he recently prop managed the productions of “Kentucky” and “Something Rotten!” 

SARAH D’ANELLA (Costume Designer, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”/Costume Crafts “Grease”) is a graduate student at ��ñ��and is excited to have her first professional design be on the Porthouse stage. RAQUEL FAIELLO-TEARE (Conductor/Pianist, “Side Show”) is a highly sought after collaborative pianist based in northeast Ohio. Known for her musical sensitivity and fluent keyboard skills across genres, Raquel maintains a lively performance schedule working with instrumentalists, vocalists and choral ensembles in a variety of settings. In addition to the concert stage, she is at home in the pit orchestra where she has served as rehearsal accompanist and keyboardist for numerous productions. Having received bachelor’s and master’s degrees from ��ñ�� (piano performance and community counseling, respectively) and a master’s degree in piano performance from Bowling Green State University, Raquel became an adjunct faculty member at ��ñ��main campus where she has been teaching and playing piano in some capacity since 1994. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member and coordinator of accompanying at the University of Mount Union since 2017. In addition to her performance activities, Raquel maintains a small, private piano studio in her home in Akron. She is the pianist at Temple Emanu El in Orange Village, and enjoys subbing for several area synagogues and churches as part of her freelance work. Her most recent endeavor is substitute keyboardist for the ELO tribute band, “Into the Blue.” 

MERCEDES HILL BERGUM (Costume Designer, “Grease”) is an alumnus of ��ñ��’s Costume Design program. They have been an artist for over ten years and are excited to share in the experience of designing this season. This is Mercedes’ third season working at Porthouse Theatre. 

JENICA “BUG” JENICK (Props Artist/Prop Manager, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a scenic designer, props manager/artisan and production designer with four years of experience under their belt. They’ve been involved in the theatre their whole life; acting consistently in shows since third grade and earning a bachelor’s degree in theatre studies with a concentration in performance from ��ñ�� in 2024. They are currently a grad student at Kent State, working on obtaining their master’s degree in scenic design. They have created props for twenty shows both professionally and academically, and has been the production designer for four short films, one of which won Best Film at the Cleveland 48 Hour Film Project. Recent credits include scenic designer for “Book of Will” (Kent State), prop manager for “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” and “Nunsense” (Porthouse) and “Cinderella,” “Trial by Fire” and “Pride and Prejudice” (Kent State). 

JEFF POLUNAS‡ (Sound Designer) (He/They) is thrilled to be designing again for Porthouse Theatre. Polunas is the Assistant Professor of Sound Design at ��ñ��. Polunas received his M.F.A. in sound design from UC-Irvine, CA. He has designed more than 175 productions during his career including “Million Dollar Quartet,” “La Havana Madrid,” “She Loves Me,” “Shakespeare in Love,” “The Sisters Rosensweig,” “Venus in Fur” (South Coast Repertory, CA); “Hamlet,” “Much Ado About Nothing,” “The Winter’s Tale,” “As You Like It” (Great River Shakespeare Festival, MN), “Everybody” (CWR/Cleveland Play House). Other: Antaeus Theatre Company, CA; International City Theatre, CA; Chance Theatre, CA; PCPA Theaterfest, CA; Moonlight Stage Productions, CA; Summer Repertory Theatre, CA; The Fountain Theatre, CA. He received the 2024 BroadwayWorld Cleveland Sound Design award for “Jesus Christ Superstar” (Porthouse), Scenie Awards (StageSceneLA) for Sound Design in 2015 and 2017 and has been nominated for NAACP award. Polunas has also recently been nominated seven times in three states for the BroadwayWorld Sound Design Award, for Cleveland, Los Angeles and Minneapolis.

KATHLEEN ROONEY FAUBEL* (Assistant Director and Choreographer, “Side Show”) graduated from the Musical Theatre Program at Baldwin Wallace University and is a proud member of SAG/AFTRA and AEA. She has performed in numerous Broadway workshops, concerts, and readings of musicals in NYC and Off-Broadway. Kathleen was the face of “OLAY” skincare’s international campaign which was filmed in Iceland. You may have also spotted her on TV in “Law and Order SVU” or starring in national commercials for Red Lobster, McAlister’s Deli, and Axe Body Spray. Other favorite credits include “Belle” in “Beauty and the Beast” (China), Idaho Shakespeare Festival, Stages St. Louis, The Gateway Playhouse and co-starring as Mallory Kingsley in “City of Angels” at the Tony Award-winning Goodspeed Opera House. Locally, Kathleen has performed at Great Lakes Theatre Festival, Cain Park, Beck Center and Dobama Theatre. She serves as the Director of Education at Weathervane Playhouse and is the director of the Weathervane Musical Theatre Company (WMTC), a pre-professional training program. She has taught dance, acting, private voice and musical theatre masterclasses to students all over the country and at several college musical theatre programs. Kathleen has directed and choreographed many productions including the recent “SHREK,” “CABARET” and “SOMETHING ROTTEN!” at Weathervane Playhouse. She’s crazy about her husband, Jarid, and their two beautiful boys Ben and David. 

JAKYUNG SEO (Lighting Designer) is an internationally recognized lighting designer whose work has been featured at major festivals around the world. Her designs have appeared at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in the UK, Avignon Off festival in France, and the Sibiu International Theatre Festival in Romania. She has also contributed to the Busan International Performing Arts Festival in South Korea and earned acclaim for her work with Thrust Dance Company at the International Dance Festival in Saitama, Japan. In the United States, Seo has designed for leading theatres including Cleveland Play House, Steppenwolf Theatre Company, and Congo Square Theatre in Chicago, as well as Dobama Theatre and Cleveland Public Theatre in Cleveland. Additional credits include Contemporary American Theatre Company (CATCO) in Columbus, HEAR Theatre in New York, and Lodestone Theatre in Los Angeles. A committed scholarly practitioner, Seo has presented her work and research at global conferences such as PQ Scenofest in Prague, the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT), and the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC). She currently serves as the Artistic Director of the Global Women Performing Arts Festival (GWPAF), an initiative dedicated to elevating the voices of female artists. Under her leadership, GWPAF has hosted international virtual events, including a celebrated collaboration with the Martha Graham Dance Company. Seo is also a passionate educator with over 20 years of teaching experience. She is a Professor of Lighting Design and Associate School Director in the School of Theatre and Dance at ��ñ��. Her previous academic appointments include the University of Cincinnati, California State University, Fresno and the University of Toledo.

SCOTT CARVER (A2/Microphone Technician) is returning as A2 for his second season of Porthouse this summer. Having now worked multiple different positions for sound at ��ñ��(including sound designing “Kentucky” at ��ñ��this previous school year), he returns with much more experience and confidence. Scott is very excited to share the art of theatre with you this Porthouse season. 

HANNAH CHO (Directing Intern) is thrilled to be back at Porthouse Theatre, where she has served as a Directing Intern under Artistic Director Terri Kent since 2024. Over the past two summers, she has contributed to four professional productions by managing rehearsal notes for the cast and crew. Outside of the theatre, she enjoys coaching middle school debate and mentoring younger students through her “Little Leaders, Big Voices” program in collaboration with the Cuyahoga Falls Library. 

AMELIA CHRISTOPHER (Stitcher) is a sophomore film and history major at Denison University. Originally from St. Louis, MO, she has loved sewing since she was very young and learned from her grandmother. She works in the Denison costume shop as a stitcher and has worked on shows such as “9 to 5” and “Spring Awakening.” She has also served as an assistant costume designer for “Picasso at the Lapin Agile” and “Lucky Stiff.” She has also been a stitcher at STAGES St. Louis working on Austen’s Pride. She is so excited to be a part of Porthouse! 

MYA CONTILLO (Assistant Company Manager) is the granddaughter of McCardle’s Dance Studio founders Don and Carolee McCardle and the daughter of owner Colleen Contillo. Mya has the arts in her blood. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in 7-12 English Education and is now attending ��ñ�� to pursue a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel. This will be an amazing opportunity to bring together both the administrative skills that she has honed during her time in Higher Education and her love for the performing arts.

KRISTEN DAVIS (Assistant Stage Manager) is a recent ��ñ��graduate with a major in Theatre Design, Technology and Production and a minor in Theatre Management. She has a double focus in Stage Management and Scenic Design. This is her first year working at Porthouse and she is very excited for the opportunity. She worked on several shows at Kent. Most recently, she was the production stage manager for “Book of Will.” She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her as she transitions from educational to professional theatre. Enjoy the show! 

ADDISON DESANTO (Assistant Costume Designer, Season) is a recent graduate from ��ñ��with a major in Theatre Design, Technology and Production with a focus in costuming. She is excited to be spending her second Porthouse season with all of you as the assistant costume designer for the entire summer. Last season, she worked as the assistant costume designer for “School of Rock”. She is glad to be working with this wonderful company again and would like to thank her friends and family for their constant support! 

ASHTON DOLL (Assistant Concessions Manager) is a proud Oberlin alum, where he majored in Theatre and Classics. Outside of Porthouse, you might find him backstage at various theatres in his hometown of Columbus, where he works with CAPA. Please come see him at the concession stand for all your snacking needs. JONATHAN ECCHER-MULLALLY (Production Technician) is thrilled to be at Porthouse this season. Jonathan is originally from central Maine and is now studying theatre at Vassar College. He’s worked in several fields backstage, chiefly stage management and construction, but this is his first outdoor venue. Some of his favorite pastimes include building things that are meant to break, hiking as much as possible between call times and playing Celtic music on cello. He wants to thank his family for their lasting support, and he hopes you enjoy the show!

CLOUDE FEWKES (Dresser) is thrilled to be making their professional debut at Porthouse this summer! Cloude is a rising third-year theatre student from Cary, NC, and is currently attending Oberlin College. Past credits include “Natasha, Pierre, and The Great Comet of 1812” (Wardrobe Supervisor), and “The Importance of Being Earnest” (Wardrobe Supervisor).

TAIYA FORTON (House Manager) is a graduated Theatre Studies B.A. Major with a concentration in performance, and a minor in creative writing. While she primarily works in performance, she has also worked in house management with ��ñ�� for three years. This is her first time working with Porthouse Theatre and she’s very excited! 

RUBY HAGA (Design Assistant/Stitcher/Dresser Intern, “Grease”) is a recent graduate of ��ñ�� with a B.F.A in Theatre Design Technology and Production with a concentration in costumes. In her last semester at Kent, Ruby was the costume design assistant and wardrobe supervisor for the show “The Book of Will.” In 2025 she was the costume designer for “The Boulevard” and “Ladies Who Lunch” in the Fall Dance Concert ReUnite. Ruby is very happy to be a part of the Porthouse Team to gain professional experience and start making new connections. 

COLLEEN HARNEY (Head Electrician) is the Head Electrician for Porthouse this summer. This is her second summer at Porthouse. She is heading into her third year at Kent State, pursuing her B.F.A. in Theatre Design, Technology and Production. She will be doing more head electrician work when the school year starts back up again. After school, she hopes to be an Imagineer at Disney one day. She hopes all the lights turn on and that everyone enjoys the show. 

KORDELL HARR (Scenic Paint Charge) is a scenic paint charge at Porthouse Theatre, where he has worked for three seasons. He has recently graduated from ��ñ�� with a master’s in scenic design. He is excited to continue collaborating with the Porthouse team this season! 

ANDREW HILLE (Assistant Stage Manager) is a current junior at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) pursuing a B.F.A. in Stage Management. CCM credits include “The Lightning Thief” (ASM), “Buffalo Talks to the Moon” (ASM), “Seussical” (Sub-ASM) and “The Winter’s Tale” (PA). Andrew is a Cleveland native and attended Fairview High School, where his stage management credits include “Mamma Mia,” “Dracula,” “Xanadu,” “The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon” and “Sister Act.” Andrew would like his family and friends for all their continued love and support. andrewhille.com. @andrewfhille. 

RAINA HUBBARD (Concessions Manager) is part of the graduating class of Musical Theatre majors at ��ñ��! They’re excited to come back for another Porthouse summer to give you your yummy concessions. After this summer, they’re making plans to move out to New York City to hopefully get #BookedAndBlessed with many exciting projects. Make sure to come say “hi,” grab a snack and keep an ear out for their singing when the shows are not going on (they never stop singing). Don’t be afraid to ask them questions, even if they don’t know the answer, they’ll be sure to point you in the right direction. Enjoy the shows! And have a wonderful time at Porthouse Theatre! 

ROMAN HULVER (Scenic Painter) (he/him) is delighted to be coming back to Porthouse Theatre this summer, this year as a scenic artist. He graduated with a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Bethany College and is currently attending ��ñ��to receive his M.F.A. in Scenic Design. His recent credits include: “Book of Will”, “Kentucky”(Kent State) as Scenic Charge Artist, “Something Rotten” (Kent State) as Associate Scenic Designer, “The Revolutionists” and “Fiddler on the Roof”, “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” and “School of Rock” (Porthouse Theatre) as the Assistant Technical Director. 

ALLYSON IMIG (Company Manager) is currently pursuing her M.F.A. in Stage & Production Management at the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. She has stage managed in southeastern WI for over a decade. Her credits include: “La Cage Aux Folles,” “Disenchanted! The Musical” (Outskirts Theatre Co.); “Joseph and the Amazing,” “High School Musical” (Sunset Playhouse); “A Christmas Story The Musical,” “Twelve Angry Men,” “Murder on the Orient Express” (Waukesha Civic Theatre). Allyson has also worked for Kohl’s Wild Theater, Summerstage of Delafield, Opera for the Young, Wisconsin Philharmonic, and Waukesha Choral Union. When she is not inside a theatre, Allyson loves to nap, make travel plans and learn Italian. 

CAIT JONES (Scenic Painter) is a Cleveland-based scenic painter. She has worked with The Beck Center for the Arts as well as the Cleveland Playhouse. In addition to scenic painting, she also enjoys sign painting, hand lettering and illustrating. 

ELLIOT KEEFER-MCGEE (Electrician/Spotlight Operator) is a freshman theatre tech student at Southern Illinois University, who is focusing on lighting and sound design. They have been involved in theatre since middle school and they fell in love with the problem-solving aspect of the process. They are ecstatic about the opportunity to work with Porthouse and ��ñ��as an electrician over their summer season.

LEO LEI (Associate Lighting Designer and Pre-Visualization Lead) is an award-winning lighting, sound and projection designer, as well as a dedicated educator. Holding an M.F.A. degree in lighting design from ��ñ��, Leo has been sharing his expertise with students for many years, he recently joined University of Florida as the assistant professor of lighting and production, and hadspreviously served as the assistant technical director and lighting faculty at Santa Fe University of Art and Design (NM), program director of Entertainment of Design and Technology, and associate professor of Lighting and Sound in the School of Stage and Screen at Western Carolina University (NC). Leo’s lighting design credits include notable productions such as “Into the Woods,” “Beauty and the Beast,” “Twelfth Night,” “Noises Off,” “Cabaret,” “Company,” “Footloose,” “Grease” and “Mousetrap,” among others. His media design for “This Ability” was featured on Chicago Children’s Theatre’s virtual stage, while his sound and projection design for “Jabari Dreams of Freedom” was showcased at New Victory Theatre Off-Broadway in New York. Leo is a versatile designer who is sought after not only for his theatrical work, but also for his ability to design lighting and sound for corporate events, concerts and music festivals internationally. His work has been recognized with numerous awards, including 1st Place of Graduate Lighting Design Award for “Side Show” in the 67th Southeast Theatre Conference (SETC), and the Best Lighting Design of a Play or Musical from Broadway World Central New York Awards in 2022, and 2023. 

PEYTON LEINWEBER (Carpenter) is joining Porthouse for the first year. She is a recent graduate of the University of Mount Union. Peyton has a strong passion for doing theatre and creating art. She is so excited to work with Porthouse this summer and continue working with ��ñ��for graduate school. She will pursue a Master’s of Fine Arts in Scenic Design this fall. Peyton is looking forward to all the new experiences and doing shows at Porthouse. 

HANNAH LEWIS (Assistant Stage Manager) is a junior theatre major at Heidelberg University and is thrilled to be back at Porthouse for her third season! She has loved the opportunity to work with everyone here and get to meet new, amazing people. She hopes you enjoy this wonderful season! 

NIGHTSHADE LILLY (Stitcher/Dresser Intern/Design Assistant, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a native of Connecticut and is an undergraduate student at Wheaton College MA, where they are majoring in Theatre and Minoring in Business. In addition to working as a Costume Shop Assistant at Wheaton, some credits include: “Amadeus” (costume design), “Urinetown” (master dresser) and “RENT” (master dresser). Their passion for costume and theatre stems from their love for fashion and sewing, along with their grandmother’s extensive treasure trove of textiles.

HANNAH MILLER (Assistant House Manager) is a recent high school graduate and is thrilled to be joining Porthouse Theatre for the first time this summer! She has participated in theatre for the past couple years, both as an actress and in tech and is extremely excited for this opportunity. She would like to thank her friends and family for supporting her and hopes you enjoy the shows! 

BRAD MOYTER (Assistant Company Manager/ Event Manager) is beyond excited to be returning to Porthouse in a new role! As always, he would like to thank his wonderful wife, Emily, for her love, support and consistent and emphatic reminders to maintain a safe following distance while driving. 

DE’ONTAE MURRAY (Box Office Manager) is a recent graduate with a degree in musical theatre. He grew up in Akron, Ohio, with his mother and grandmother. He enjoys hanging with friends, doing extracurriculars, going to theatrical performances and most of all being involved in the arts in any capacity. De’Ontae hopes to one day have feet on both sides of the theatre, whether it be on stage or behind the scenes. Lastly, De’Ontae lives by the motto of “be the change you want to see in the world!” He believes by making art you can pave the way for a better world not just for yourself but for everyone around you. 

ALLYIAHMARIE NOLAN (Assistant Box Office Manager) (she/ they) is a senior Theatre Studies - Performance major with a Dance minor. This is her first summer working with Porthouse and she is incredibly excited for this opportunity. 

SUDHASHREE PARIDA (Box Office Staff) is a singer, pianist and music student at ��ñ�� pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Arts Entrepreneurship. Originally from India, she is passionate about pop music, performance and the business side of the entertainment industry. Alongside her musical training, she is developing skills in arts management, marketing and audience engagement. Sudhashree has experience in collaborative performance settings and is committed to building a career that combines artistry, storytelling and creative entrepreneurship. She hopes to continue growing as both a performer and music industry professional through opportunities in live entertainment and arts administration. 

GRIFFIN RABINS (Electrician/Spotlight Operator) is a rising senior, Computer Engineering major at Case Western Reserve University. He has been involved in theatrical lighting and scenic construction for numerous years, with recent credits including Technical Director for “ Footloose” and “Anastasia” (CWRU Footlighters) and Assistant Lighting Designer for “Pippin” (CWRU Department of Theater). Previously, he interned at Electronic Theatre Controls in Madison, WI, and would like to thank all his friends and family for their constant support. 

ROB RUDAVETZ (Box Office Staff) is an incoming junior Theatre Studies Performance major with a minor in Lighting Design and Technology. Rob wants you to enjoy the show! 

ANASTASIIA SENNIKOVA (Draper) is a San Diego, California-based costume designer and draper. She received her M.F.A. in Costume Design and Technology for Theatre, Television and Film from San Diego State University (SDSU). Her design credits include “Hamlet,” “A New Brain” and “Little Women” (opera) at SDSU. Her previous draping work is included in “Six Characters In Search of an Author,” as well as the world premiere of “Tomorrow, the Island Dies” at SDSU. ADRIAEN SHI (Wardrobe Supervisor) (they/ them) is a genderqueer Asian American costumer and a graduate of UNC School of the Arts in North Carolina. Previous shows include “Cymbeline,” “Twelfth Night,” “Ms. Homes & Ms. Watson,” “Apt. 2B” (Wardrobe Supervisor, Theatre at Monmouth), “Carmen,” “Harvey Milk,” “Tosca,” “La Boheme,” “Die Fledermaus” (Stitcher/Dresser, Opera Theatre of St. Louis), “Into the Breeches” (Dresser) and “City of Angels” (Wigs Supervisor) at Theatre Raleigh, Orlando Paladino and “Amadeus” (Design Assistant/Wardrobe Head, UNC School of the Arts), “My Fair Lady” (Assistant Costumer, Burning Coal Theatre) and “The Chinese Lady” (Costumes/ Hair & Makeup, Three Bone Theatre). 

HANNAH SIM (Dresser) graduated in May 2026 from Baldwin Wallace University as a Theatre: Design and Technical major. At Baldwin Wallace University, they worked as a wardrobe supervisor on “Secret in the Wings” and “Gross Indecency” and served as Costume Designer for “Dance Concert 2026: We’re All Mad Here.” They’ve also worked at the Beck Center for the youth theatre program Beach Blanket Bash as the costumer and at Near West Theatre as the wardrobe supervisor for their teen production of “Hadestown.” Hannah thanks their family for their continued support!

ALEX SWIGER (Events Manager) is excited to be back for her sixth Porthouse season! Formerly the Box Office Manager, Alex is now acting as a SMIC this summer. When not at Porthouse you can find Alex with her four children and running her small business! 

NIKO THOMAS (Facilities Manager) is elated to be here for their fourth year at Porthouse Theatre. They are a Cleveland native, but are finishing their degree at ��ñ��. They are privileged to be asked to come back as facilities manager for a third time. You’ll see them ripping and running to make sure the space is clean and safe for everyone (actors included). So if you see them, please say hi and enjoy your summer here at Porthouse! 

CAT A. TOPE (Draper) is happy to be at Porthouse Theatre for her fifth summer, with this being her second year as a costume shop draper. During the year she serves the same role at Denison University in Granville, Ohio, where she has made beautiful garments for shows such as “Spring Awakening,” “9 to 5” and “A Little Night Music.” In addition to working at Denison, Cat also works with Ohio State University in their costume shop during the spring. She is happy to be able to have her summers off so that she can return to the school that started her career, Kent State. Special thanks to her family, friends, dog Penny and partner Keegan for supporting her in everything she does! 

TEGAN WILSON (Assistant Props Supervisor) (they/them) is thrilled to return to Porthouse! This season, they will be taking on the role of Assistant Prop Shop Supervisor. They are a young properties designer, manager and artisan based in Cleveland, Ohio. Since graduating from ��ñ��in the spring of 2025 with a B.F.A. in Theatre Design, Tech and Production, they have been working locally with Dobama Theatre as a FOCUS apprentice and Great Lakes Theatre as a props artisan in addition to other freelance work. A few recent credits include “The Comeuppance,” “The Heart Sellers” (Dobama Theatre) as prop designer, and “Clue,” “The Addams Family” (The Ethel Walker School) as scenic designer. 

ELLA GRACE WEISS (Assistant House Manager) is excited to serve as Assistant House Manager for her first summer with Porthouse Theatre. She is currently a sophomore at Marian University, double-majoring in Theatre and Theology with minors in Pastoral Music Ministry and Writing. Recent credits include Sister Mary Robert in “Sister Act” and Eurydice in “Eurydice.” She is interested in all aspects of theatre, but especially acting, directing and playwriting. Outside of working this summer, Ella is also training for the Akron Goodyear Half Marathon! She looks forward to working with Porthouse and expanding her skillset and connections!

THOMAS ANSTINE (Danny Zuko, “Grease” and Terry Conner, “Side Show”) is thrilled to be returning to Porthouse Theatre as Danny Zuko in “Grease” and Terry Conner in “Side Show” in concert. He is an upcoming senior at ��ñ��. Over the past few years you have previously seen him in the Porthouse Theatre productions of “School of Rock,” “Jesus Christ Superstar,” and as Fyedka in “Fiddler on the Roof.” He has also been involved with many ��ñ�� productions and most recently was Prince Topher in “Roger’s and Hammerstein’s Cinderella” and Shakespeare in “Something Rotten!.” He is so grateful for the many blessings and opportunities thrown at him throughout his time at Kent State. He would like to give thanks his family and friends and a special thank you to his parents Tommy and Natalie Anstine for always being so supportive of his passions. He would also like to thank Amy Fritsche, Jonathan Swoboda, Jen Korecki, Tim Culver and Teri Kent, for being such a core group people who continue to push him further in the arts. 

JORDAN BENJAMIN (Ensemble, “Grease” and Ensemble/Featured Dancer, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is excitedly making their Porthouse debut in the ensemble for “G���𲹲���,” and the female Swing for “Brigadoon.” Jordan is in the ��ñ��Musical Theatre B.F.A. program’s class of 2029, with minors in dance, psychology and music. Jordan is a choreographer at ETC School for the Arts, and performs with Part of Their World LLC. She was recently seen as Carole King in “Beautiful” at Weathervane Playhouse, and will be seen next as Bonnie in “Bonnie and Clyde” at Straw Hat Theatre. Jordan is so happy to further their theatre journey through Porthouse! 

AYDEN BILBREY (Ensemble, “Grease” and “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is so excited to perform at Porthouse this summer! Ayden is a sophomore Musical Theatre major at ��ñ��. He was recently a part of the Fall and Spring Dance Concerts at Kent State. Ayden would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support! 

CLARE BOHAN (Ensemble, u/s Violet and Swing, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon” ) is overjoyed to be making her debut at Porthouse Theatre in “Side Show!” She is an upcoming sophomore at ��ñ��, on track to earn her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. Most recently, Clare was seen in “Cinderella” at Kent as ensemble, u/s Ella, and later this summer will head to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Transforum to perform a work of devised theatre. BRIAN PHILIP BOLAND~ (Ensemble/Dance Captain, “Grease” and Ensemble/ Assistant Choreographer, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a rising senior at ��ñ�� pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. SOPHIA BURNELL (Patty Simcox, “Grease”) is thrilled to make her Porthouse debut this summer as Patty Simcox in “Grease!” Sophia is an upcoming junior Musical Theatre student at Kent State, most recently seen in “Cinderella” and the ��ñ��Dance Concert. LEXI BURNS (Auntie, “Side Show”) is a recent musical theatre graduate at ��ñ��. You might remember her last summer in the adult ensemble of “School of Rock.” With a theatre background of over 10 years, some of her favorite roles so far have been Elle Woods (“Legally Blonde”), The Witch (“Into The Woods”), Rizzo (“Grease”) and Charlotte Lucas (“Pride and Prejudice”). MAGGIE COGGIN (Swing, “Grease” and Ensemble, U/S Fiona, “Lerner and Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is delighted to be part of the Porthouse family this summer! Most recently, she was cast in “Cinderella” at ��ñ��. Her favorite roles include Cordelia, “King Lear”, Diane Roeder, “Radium Girls” and Georgia Hendricks, “Curtains.” Maggie is a Playhouse Square Best Actress Dazzle Nominee and an International Thespian Excellence Award “Thespy” recipient. Maggie is profoundly grateful to have been part of Cleveland’s many music and theatre communities. TAYLOR FREMONT COPE (Kenickie, “Grease” and Ensemble, “Side Show”) is excited to make his professional debut at Porthouse Theatre this summer! Most recently, he played Nick Bottom in “Something Rotten!” at ��ñ��. He would like to thank his friends, family and professors for their continuous support. DALLAS CRAIG (Charlie Dalrymple, “Lerner and Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a sophomore musical theatre student at Baldwin Wallace University. He plays Charlie Dalrymple in “Lerner and Loewe’s Brigadoon.” This is his first show at Porthouse Theatre, and he couldn’t be more excited. He gives his credit to Jennifer Hemphill for being a great role model, and an amazing teacher. He also gives grace to his wonderful family for supporting him throughout his journey. He lastly gives a huge thanks to Terri Kent for granting him such an amazing opportunity! 

TIMOTHY CULVER (Archie Beaton in “Lerner and Loewe’s Brigadoon”) was last seen at Porthouse as Tevye in “Fiddler on the Roof,” King Herod in “Jesus Christ Superstar” and Hysterium in “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.” Before that, he delighted Porthouse audiences as Mr. Mushnik in “Little Shop of Horrors,” Sancho Panza in “Man of La Mancha,” Mr. Bumble in “Oliver!” and Mr. Cellophane/Amos Hart in “Chicago.” He is extremely excited to be back this summer as Archie Beaton in “Brigadoon.” Since 2006, Tim has been teaching voice in ��ñ��’s Hugh A. Glauser School of Music where many of his students have gone on to successful performing careers. He lives in Stow with his wife and three children. 

AIDAN EDDY (Stuart Dalrymple, u/s Tommy, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) from Rochester, NY, recently graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a B.M. in Voice. He holds several credits from Baldwin Wallace including Il Conte in “Le Nozze di Figaro,” Tiridate in “Radamisto” and Baron Zeta in “The Merry Widow.” He also holds several professional credits from regional houses such as Tibbits Opera House, Opera Western Reserve and Chagrin Arts. His favorite credits include Smudge in “Forever Plaid,” Sweeney Todd in “Sweeney Todd” and Wagner in “Faust.” He made his debut with Porthouse Theatre last summer in “Fiddler on the Roof” and is thrilled to be returning for his second year. Next fall he plans to attend Indiana University to pursue his Masters in Voice. He would like to thank his parents and loving girlfriend for their continued support. 

MATT GITTINS* (Vince Fontaine/Teen Angel, “Grease” and Tommy/Dance Captain, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) (He/Him) is a professional actor, composer, writer, musician/conductor and director from Chardon, Ohio. Recent professional acting credits include Judas (“Jesus Christ Superstar,” Cleveland Critics Circle Award 2024), Rooster (“Annie”), Casey/Georgia (“The Legend of Georgia McBride”), and Reed Elf (“Light It Up”). His musical, “You Go On,” will be Off-Broadway next spring at the Players Theatre, and recently won the Audience Choice Award at The BorderLight Theatre Festival 2025 in Cleveland, Ohio. “You Go On” is a four-time semi-finalist of the Eugene O’Neill National Music Theater Conference, a winner of the Colorado New Musical Theater Festival and a Write Out Loud 2024 finalist. His song “Happiness,” from “You Go On,” was performed at 54 Below in NYC, and The Cast of “You Go On: The Concert” was recently performed at the pinkFROG Cafe in Brooklyn. B.F.A. from Otterbein University in Musical Theatre Performance. AEA and Eugene O’Neill Cabaret Fellows alumni. ;

TJ GRZYBOWSKI (Ensemble, u/s Kenickie, “Grease” and Ensemble, u/s Harry, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is an upcoming junior musical theatre major at ��ñ��. You might have seen him last summer at Porthouse as Nachum, the Beggar in “Fiddler on the Roof” and a swing for “School of Rock.” More recently, TJ got to be in his first mainstage production as Tom Snout in “Something Rotten!” at ��ñ��. He would like to thank his directors, friends and family for all of there support that they have given him throughout the years.

CHLOE LEE HALL (Violet, “Side Show”) is a rising senior getting her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre at ��ñ��. Chloe is ecstatic to be returning to Porthouse to play the role of Violet Hilton. You might have previously seen Chloe at Porthouse last summer in “Fiddler On The Roof” as Chava. SAVON M. HARRIS (Johnny Casino, “Grease” and Ensemble/u/s Jake, “Side Show” and Box Office Staff) is a rising junior at ��ñ��. He is so excited to be in another season of Porthouse. You may have previously seen him in “School of Rock” playing a number of roles. LUCIA LAZZARA-GOODRICH (Sandy, “Grease” and Daisy, “Side Show”) is a rising senior at ��ñ�� earning her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. CARSON NICKELL (Ensemble, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a rising junior Musical Theatre major at ��ñ�� and is excited to return to the stage in “Brigadoon” as a member of the ensemble and understudy for Charlie. ERIKSSON PEYTON (Assistant Music Director/Actor, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is very excited to continue his artistic journey here at Porthouse Theatre. He is a rising senior in the B.F.A. MCKINLEY PORTH (Ensemble, “Side Show”) is a rising sophomore B.F.A. Musical Theatre major at ��ñ��. Originally from Gilbert, South Carolina this production of "Side Show" at Porthouse Theatre marks her professional debut. Local audiences may have recently seen him as Ben in “The Secret Garden” at Stocker Arts Center or Plankton in “SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical” at Beck Center. Off-Broadway and NYC credits include The Pearl Theatre, The Mint Theatre, Project Shaw, and the Gallery Players. Regional: Pittsburgh Public, the Festival Stage of Winston-Salem, Playhouse on Park, Great Lakes Theatre (four seasons), Cleveland Play House, DOBAMA, Cain Park, Beck Center, none too fragile, Karamu House. Screen work includes “Bull” [CBS], “Ghost Punchers” [Amazon Prime, ‘Top 10 Fantasy Movies’ in 2026], and award-winning independent films such as “Pandemic Trilogy” [Cannes Film Awards Finalist] and “Spray Away” [‘Best Comedy’ at Myrtle Beach International Film Festival and ‘Best Male Performance (Comedy)’ at Bridgeport Film Fest]. DYLAN SCHMIDT( Ensemble, u/s Sir, “Side Show In Concert”) is proud to be joining Porthouse Theatre for his first season. These productions mark his first musicals affiliated with ��ñ��, making this summer especially meaningful. Dylan has a long connection to Kent State's theatre community; his very first production there was "The Tragedy of Macbeth" in 2017, when he was eleven years old, directed by Fabio Polanco. Now a musical theatre B.F.A student at Kent State, Dylan is excited to take to the stage in a place that inspired his love of performing. He would like to thank the Porthouse team, his peers and his family for their continued encouragement.

EMMALINE SEIBERT (Jan, “Grease” and Maggie Anderson, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is currently a sophomore at ��ñ�� studying Musical Theatre. She is from Bridgeport, West Virginia, where she was very active in her high school theatre program as well as theatre in her local communities. LINDSEY SMITS (Marty, “Grease” and Ensemble, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is thrilled to be making her Porthouse debut as Marty in “Grease!” Lindsey is an upcoming junior Musical Theatre student at ��ñ��. ROHN THOMAS* (Mr. Lundie, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) has been a professional actor, director and teacher for more than 50 years and has spent most of his career in the Northeast Ohio area. Rohn Thomas is delighted to return to Porthouse Theatre, where his first appearance was as Dr. Lombardi in “The Servant of Two Masters” in 1988. Some of his favorite Porthouse roles included Nathan Detroit in “Guys and Dolls,” Moonface Martin in “Anything Goes,” Erroneous in “Forum,” Alfie Doolittle in “My Fair Lady,” Mayor Shinn in “The Music Man,” Wilbur Turnblad in “Hairspray,” Monsignor O’Hara in “Sister Act,” Doc Gibbs in “Our Town,” Reverend Chasuble in “The Importance of Being Earnest” and Smee in “Peter Pan.” His film and television credits include “Shawshank Redemption,” “The West Wing,” “The Ides of March,” “Welcome to Collinwood,” “The Mothman Prophecies,” “Sudden Death” and “Shooting Stars.” For the past thirty years, Rohn has taught at ��ñ��, where his specialty is Acting for the Camera. He is delighted to be back on the Porthouse stage as Mr. Lundie. Rohn is a longtime member of Actors’ Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA. Special thanks to his beautiful wife, Therese, and his children, Hunter, Morgan, Samuel and Kaishawn for their loving patience and support. 

HAYDEN TOON (Swing, “G���𲹲���,” Houdini, “Side Show” and Swing, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a student at ��ñ�� pursuing a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre. He is originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, and is excited to be here all summer as Houdini in “Side Show”, and the male swings in “Grease” and “Brigadoon!” He was recently in the ensemble of “Something Rotten!” at Kent State. LARA TROYER (Ms. Lynch, “Grease”) Described as singing with an engaging, robust tone (clevelandclassical.com), Ms. Troyer traveled to Melbourne recently to perform the role of Krystyna in the Australian premiere of Jake Heggie’s “Two Remain” with Nightingale Opera Theatre to great acclaim. “American soprano Lara Troyer was terrific as the conflicted survivor Krystyna. Her engaging presence and attractive, strong, warm voice gave the role a compelling urgency.” (Classic Melbourne) Ms.Troyer made her Porthouse Theatre debut in the summer of 2023, and enjoyed performing there every summer since. She has performed soprano solos with the Battle Creek Symphony, Akron Symphony, Canton Symphony Orchestra, Master Singers Chorale, Cleveland Chamber Orchestra, Akron Baroque, Singer’s Companye, Kent Blossom Music Festival, Summit Choral Society, ��ñ��Chorus and Orchestra, Chamber Music Society of Ohio, Heights Chamber Orchestra, Chagrin Falls Studio Orchestra, Lansing Symphony Orchestra, Rochester Symphony Orchestra, Southeast Iowa Symphony Orchestra, Lansing Lyric Opera, Opera in the Ozarks and Bay View Music. She served as an Associate Artist for four years with Cleveland Opera and toured nationally with The New Sigmund Romberg Orchestra. She currently serves on the voice faculty and directs the Opera Workshop at ��ñ��. She lives in Cleveland Heights with her husband and two children and would like to thank them for their undying support.

GREG VIOLAND* (Andrew MacLaren, “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is pleased to be back after appearing in “South Pacific,” “My Fair Lady” and “Fiddler On The Roof” at Porthouse. DONOVAN WASELICH (Sonny Latierri, u/s Danny, “Grease") is a musical theatre major at ��ñ�� and he will be making his professional debut at Porthouse Theatre this summer! He has trained in voice, acting, dance and many instruments, and he is eternally grateful to all those who have supported him along the way!

DAVYON WILLIAMSON (Ensemble, “Grease” and  “Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon”) is a rising sophomore at ��ñ�� from Lima, Ohio, where he discovered his passion for performing and a love of many other extracurriculars. Brigadoon marks his 30th production, and he is incredibly grateful to be returning to the Porthouse stage, with hopes for many more to come. Roe Green 
In 2025 Roe Green, M.A. ’80, L.H.D. ’23, and the Roe Green Foundation, made a $1 million gift to ��ñ�� to establish the Roe Green Musical Theatre and Porthouse Artistic Directorship, benefitting the School of Theatre and Dance and Porthouse Theatre. The gift provides $100,000 in funding each year for 10 years for a new program support fund to be used at the discretion of the School of Theatre and Dance’s Musical Theatre coordinator and Porthouse Theatre’s producing artistic director. The new fund will support university and Porthouse productions, the hiring of assistant directors, guest choreographers and guest artists, the hosting of master classes and the awarding of artistic meritbased scholarships to students. Students who receive such scholarships will be known as Roe Green Scholars. We thank Roe Green for her unwavering support of the arts here at Kent State.

The box office is open on performance evenings on the grounds from 6:30 p.m. through intermission and from 12:30 p.m. through intermission for 2:00 p.m. matinees. The Concession Stand  
The concession stand is open before the show and during intermission. It serves snacks, bottled water, soft drinks, candy and assorted treats.

Lost and Found is located at the box office. 

Accessibility  
Porthouse Theatre is a barrier-free facility. Optimum seating for patrons in wheelchairs may be arranged with prior notice. Assisted Listening Devices are available at the box office. There is no charge for this service but you will be asked to leave a photo ID. 

Free Parking 
Free Parking is available from both the main Blossom entrance and ��ñ��Drive. Using the east entrance to Blossom from Northampton Road is often the easiest way to get to the theatre. 

Thornbury Pavilion 
Thornbury Pavilion can be reserved in advance by mailing in the reservation form, completing it online, or by calling 330.672.3884. There is a $2 fee per person for non-subscribers. Space is subject to availability. 

Hackett Family Pavilion  
Hackett Family Pavilion is available for patrons on a first-come, first-serve basis.
